We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or requirements, and we want to make the return process as simple and straightforward as possible. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from our store.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for most products within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included. Products must not show any signs of use, wear, or damage.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns. This can be in the form of a receipt, order confirmation email, or invoice. Without proof of purchase, we may offer store credit at the current selling price of the item. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or other considerations. These include opened paint sets, used brushes or tools, custom-ordered or personalized items, clearance or final sale items, gift cards, and workshop registrations.

Perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, and hazardous materials are also not eligible for return. If you receive a defective or damaged item from these categories, please contact us so we can address the issue appropriately.

Return Process

Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning your item. Please include the return authorization number with your return shipment. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or may experience delays in processing.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process and post the refund to your account. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you have not received your refund after this time period, please contact your financial institution first, then contact us if the issue persists.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. If you received free shipping on your original order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to accommodate your exchange request, subject to product availability.

To exchange an item, you must first return the original item following our standard return process. Once we receive and process your return, you can place a new order for the desired item. If there is a price difference between the returned item and the new item, you will be charged or refunded accordingly.

For exchanges due to defective or damaged products, we will cover the shipping costs for both the return and the replacement item. Please contact us if you receive a defective or damaged product so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

When reporting a damaged or defective item, please provide photographs of the damage or defect, along with your order number and a description of the issue. This information helps us process your claim more efficiently and improve our quality control processes.

For damaged or defective items, we will offer a full refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on your preference and product availability. We will also cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or defective items. In some cases, we may not require you to return the damaged item.

Workshop Registration Cancellations

Workshop registrations are subject to a separate cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your workshop registration, please contact us at least 7 days before the scheduled workshop date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop date will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop start time or for no-shows. However, you may transfer your registration to another participant or to a future workshop, subject to availability, if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled workshop.

If we need to cancel a workshop due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or other circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to another workshop. We will notify you of any workshop cancellations as soon as possible.

Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used for future purchases at Whrexxoneioxor and does not expire. Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

If you choose to receive store credit for your return, you will receive the full purchase price of the returned item as credit, including any applicable taxes. Store credit will be issued as a unique code that you can use during checkout for online purchases or present in-store.

International Returns

For international orders, the return process is similar to domestic returns, but please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees or duties. We recommend using a trackable international shipping service for returns.

Refunds for international orders will be processed in US dollars and issued to the original payment method. Please be aware that currency exchange rates may affect the final amount you receive. We are not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your financial institution.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for most returns. However, for large or special orders, custom items, or returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price. We will inform you of any applicable restocking fees before processing your return.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale, clearance, or closeout are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged. These items are clearly marked on our website and in-store. By purchasing final sale items, you acknowledge and accept that these items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact us. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional charge and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. We apologize for any inconvenience and will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
